CASCADAS DE MANQUI MALAL

Formación rocosa dada por un sedimento marino donde se pueden apreciar una gran cantidad de fósiles, con dos caídas de agua de aprox. 30 metros.
Lugar ideal para realizar caminatas de altura.

Entrada general $ 15 mayores, $ 10 menores (de 7 a 14 años).
La entrada general incluye el trekking paleontológico visitando una de las cascadas donde se apreciarán los fósiles marinos del área en un sendero renovado y de fácil acceso para todas las edades.

VOLCAN CARAPACHO
Partiendo de Malargüe hacia el Sur , nos desviarnos al Este hasta el paraje Carapacho. Hacemos un recorrido en vehículo alrededor del volcán único en su tipo de origen: hidromagmático; luego iniciaremos el trekking hasta llegar al cráter del mismo.

MANQUI-MALAL
Nos dirigimos hacia el Sur por Ruta 40, hasta el paraje denominado Manqui-Malal, donde iniciaremos un trekking por los sedimentos marinos del jurásico reconociendo amonites y bivalvos, entre otros fósiles, para llegar a los cerros Mirano y Tronqui-Malal. Almorzaremos por la zona y regresaremos al atardecer.

NARIZ DEL MARIN y VOLCAN PAYUN MATRU
Salimos por ruta 40 sur a media mañana, luego por ruta provincial 186 hasta el paraje Carapacho donde nos desviaremos por la RP185 hasta el puesto de la familia Forquera al pie del Payún-Matru. Allí pasaremos la noche para al amanecer iniciar la caminata hasta la Nariz del Marín en la caldera del volcán. Regresaremos al atardecer al campamento.

VOLCAN PAYUN LISO
Nos dirigimos al Sur por ruta 40 Sur, hasta el paraje Los Volcanes en la Payunia, haremos campamento base en el real del molle, de allí, en la madrugada nos iremos al pie del volcán Payun Liso donde iniciaremos el trekking de ascenso, y alrededor del volcán, haciendo reconocimiento de flora fauna y distintos tipos de erupciones volcánicas. Regresando al atardecer al campamento.

GLACIAR LAS LAGRIMAS
Salimos de la Ciudad de Malargüe hacia el Norte, hasta el paraje El Sosneado, desde allí no dirigimos al Oeste hasta la junta del arroyo Las Lagrimas con el Río Atuel, donde dejaremos el vehículo para iniciar el trekking hasta las Lagunitas donde acamparemos. A la mañana siguiente partimos hasta el Glaciar Las Lagrimas, lugar donde cayera el avión de los Uruguayos, haremos un minuto de silencio, por los caídos, pasaremos un rato en la zona e iniciaremos el regreso hasta el campamento. Al amanecer descenderemos hasta el vehículo para regresar a Malargüe.-

MANQUI-MALAL Cascades
Formation produced by a marine sediment where you can see a lot of fossils, with two waterfalls, approx. 30 meters. Ideal place to trekk.

CARAPACHO VOLCANO
Going fom Malargüe to the south, we turn to the east to the place called Carapacho: one of the few of this kind of origin: hydromagmatic. We will go around the volcano by car and then begin the trek up to the crater itself.

MANQUI-MALAL
We headed south on Route 40, to a place called Manqui-Malal, where we start trekking in the marine sediments of Jurassic ammonites and bivalves recognizing them, among other fossils, to reach the Tronqui-Malal and Mirano hills. Lunch in the area and return in the evening.

NARIZ DEL MARIN y VOLCAN PAYUN MATRU
We left by 40 route south at midmorning, then by Provincial Road 186 to the place called Carapacho, to continue over RP185 since at the foot of Payún Matru where the Forquera family live. We will spend the night there to start the walk to the Nariz del Marin in the volcano's caldera the day after. We return to camp at evening.

PAYUN LISO VOLCANO
We headed south on Route 40 South to the place called Los Volcanes in Payunia; we will camp at the base in the Real del Molle; in the morning we'll go to the foot of the volcano Payun Liso and will begin the trek to climb it, making recognition of flora and fauna, and different types of volcanic eruptions. Returning to camp at evening.

LAS LAGRIMAS GLACIER
We left the city of Malargue to the north to the place called El Sosneado; from there headed west to the joint of Las Lagrimas brook and Atuel river, where we leave the vehicle to start the trek to the Lagunitas where we camp. The next morning we started up the Las Lágrimas, where the Uruguayan plane fell down. We will do a minute of silence for the fallen, we will spend some time in the area and begin the return to the camp. In the evening we will return to Malargüe.
